Every student equipped with a MyDevice card keeps a full copy of their handheld on the card. When they need a device to do their work, they pickup a handheld, insert their card and with a single tap, all their data, applications, and settings are deployed to the device.

Student can then work with the device just like it was their very own personal handheld, make changes to their documents, add and delete applications, hotsync, and beam.

When their work is done and they are ready to turn the device back in, they just reinsert their MyDevice card, tap save and their work, applications, and settings are copied back to the card, ready and waiting for the next time they needed them.

In addition, after their work is stored on the MyDevice card, the handheld is completely erased, ready and waiting for the next student.

Think of it as a way to equip all your students with their "own" handheld at a fraction of the cost!
